10-Day Cairo, Nile Cruise & Sharm El Sheikh Tour

DAY 1: ARRIVE CAIRO, EGYPT

Overnight: 5 star Luxury Hotel

Arrive at Cairo International Airport where upon exiting the plane you will receive a warm welcome reception by our local representative who’ll assist you with your entry visa (currently $25 USD) and formalities through customs and immigration. You will then be transferred to the hotel.

Day 2: Pyramids of Giza – Sphinx – Grand Egyptian Museum

Overnight: 5 star Luxury Hotel – (Breakfast, Lunch)

After breakfast, begin your guided tour at the legendary Giza Plateau, where you will stand before the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos. Continue to the mighty Great Sphinx, the ancient guardian of the pyramids.

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, then visit the state-of-the-art Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), showcasing over 100,000 artifacts spanning 5,000 years of history, including the treasures of King Tutankhamun. Return to your hotel in Cairo for an overnight stay.

Day 3: Fly to Aswan – Nile Cruise Embarkation

Overnight: 5 star Luxury Hotel – (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

After breakfast, transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, visit the elegant Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis, followed by the High Dam and the Unfinished Obelisk.

After sightseeing, transfer to your luxury Nile Cruise ship for embarkation. Enjoy lunch and dinner on board as you settle in. Overnight in Aswan.

Day 4: Kom Ombo – Sail to Edfu

After breakfast, sail north along the Nile to Kom Ombo, where you will explore the unique double temple dedicated to Sobek (the crocodile god) and Horus the Elder (the falcon god). Visit the Crocodile Museum before returning to the ship.

Day 5: Edfu Temple – Sail to Luxor

In the morning, take a horse-drawn carriage to visit the Temple of Horus at Edfu, one of Egypt’s best-preserved temples. Explore its towering pylons and detailed inscriptions.

Day 6: Luxor Tour – Fly to Sharm El Sheikh

After breakfast, disembark from your Nile Cruise and begin a full-day tour of Luxor, the ancient city of Thebes and one of the greatest open-air museums in the world.

Start with the West Bank of Luxor, where you will visit the Valley of the Kings, the royal burial ground of Egypt’s New Kingdom pharaohs, whose tombs are adorned with colorful wall paintings and hieroglyphs. Continue to the magnificent Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari, a unique terraced monument dedicated to Egypt’s only female pharaoh. Before leaving, stop at the towering Colossi of Memnon, two massive statues of King Amenhotep III.

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, then cross to the East Bank to explore the monumental Karnak Temple Complex, the largest religious structure ever built and a spiritual center for more than 2,000 years. Walk through the colossal Hypostyle Hall, lined with 134 towering columns, and admire the sacred lake and chapels dedicated to Egypt’s gods.

In the evening, transfer to Luxor Airport for your flight to Sharm El Sheikh (via Cairo). Upon arrival, transfer to your Red Sea resort for check-in and overnight stay.

Day 7: Sharm El Sheikh – Free Day

Day 8: Sharm El Sheikh – Free Day

Day 9: Fly Back to Cairo

After breakfast at your resort in Sharm El Sheikh, check out and transfer to Sharm El Sheikh Airport for your flight back to Cairo. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free at leisure—relax at your hotel or choose an optional evening activity, such as a Nile dinner cruise with live entertainment. Overnight stay in Cairo.

Day 10: Final Departure
