DAY 1: Arrival in Cairo (July 28, 2027)

Arrival and Assistance Service: Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, our representative will welcome you and assist with passport control, luggage collection, and customs procedures, ensuring a smooth and stress-free arrival.

Private Transfer: Your private driver will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel in a modern, air-conditioned vehicle.

Hotel Check-In: Our representative will assist you with the check-in process before you settle into your room.

Welcome Dinner: In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner and meet the other members of the group.

DAY 2 – Giza Pyramids and the Sphinx (July 29, 2027)

After breakfast at the hotel, your guided day tour begins with a visit to the legendary Giza Plateau. Explore the iconic Great Pyramid of Khufu, the Pyramid of Khafre, and the smaller Pyramid of Menkaure. Continue to the majestic Great Sphinx and the Valley Temple of Khafre. You will have the opportunity to enter the Great Pyramid of Giza. Lunch will be served during the tour. Then, return to your hotel or attend the renowned Sound and Light Show at the pyramids for a unique nighttime experience.

DAY 3 – Grand Egyptian Museum (July 30, 2027)

After breakfast at your hotel, you will be escorted to the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) for a guided tour of its world-renowned collection, including the complete treasures of Tutankhamun and many other iconic artifacts. Lunch will be served after the tour. Later, you will be back at your hotel and enjoy a relaxing evening.

DAY 4 – Old Cairo and Khan El-Khalili Bazaar (July 31, 2027)

After breakfast, your expert guide will take you to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, home to the royal mummies and a remarkable collection showcasing the diverse history of Egypt. From there, you’ll head to Old Cairo, where you’ll explore some of the oldest churches in the country. After a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, continue your journey through history with a visit to the impressive Khan El-Khalili Bazaar, where you’ll explore the oldest market in all over Egypt. Then transfer back to your hotel for overnight.

DAY 5 – Flight to Luxor and Luxor temple tour (August 1, 2027)

After breakfast at the hotel, you will transfer to Cairo Airport for your domestic flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, you will be met by your guide and begin your exploration of Luxor with a tour of the East Bank. you will visit to Luxor Temple, beautifully situated along the Nile and once connected to Karnak via the Avenue of Sphinxes. Lunch will be served during the tour. Later, you will check in to your luxury hotel and enjoy a relaxing evening.

DAY 6 – Total Solar Eclipse Viewing at Karnak Temple– Luxor (August 2, 2027)

Today marks the pinnacle of your journey — a rare and powerful celestial experience set against one of the most iconic backdrops in human history.

After an early breakfast, you will be transferred to the Temple of Karnak, one of the most sacred sites of ancient Egypt. As you walk among its towering columns and ancient sanctuaries, you’ll feel the timeless energy of a place that has witnessed millennia of sunrises — and today, it will witness a dramatic eclipse of the very sun it once revered.

As the partial eclipse begins at 10:40 AM, find your place within the temple grounds — perhaps near the Great Hypostyle Hall or the sacred lake — and prepare to witness an awe-inspiring transformation of the sky. At 12:02 PM, the world around you will pause as the total eclipse phase begins, lasting approximately 6 minutes and 22 seconds. At the peak, Karnak will fall under a surreal twilight, as shadow and light play over the colossal monuments of Amun, Mut, and Khonsu.

Following this unforgettable experience an Egyptian traditional lunch at local restaurant around Karnak temple.

DAY 7 – Luxor west bank tour & Flight Back to Cairo (August 3, 2027)

Check out after breakfast at your Luxor hotel, cross to the West Bank of Luxor. You will visit the famous Valley of the Kings, where many pharaohs, including Tutankhamun, were laid to rest. You may opt to enter Tutankhamun’s tomb for a close-up look at the boy king’s resting place. Continue to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari, a striking terraced structure built into the cliffs. Before returning to the hotel, stop at the towering Colossi of Memnon. Lunch will be provided during the tour.

Then transfer to Luxor Airport for your domestic flight back to Cairo. Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will check in to your airport hotel and enjoy a relaxing evening.

Day 8 – Departure from Cairo (August 4, 2027)

After breakfast and check-out, we arrange an easy transfer to Cairo International Airport (airport code: CAI) for your journey homeward or onto further adventures.

To cancel your reservation, please send your cancellation request via email to ensure we receive written confirmation:

CANCELLATION POLICY – 2027 TOTAL SOLAR ECLIPSE TOUR

Due to the exceptional nature of the 2027 Total Solar Eclipse and the advance commitments required for hotels, domestic flights, transportation, security arrangements, and the eclipse-viewing location, the following special cancellation policy applies:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
The remaining 50% balance is due in January 2027.
If the traveler cancels before the final payment due date, the 50% deposit will remain non-refundable.
Once the final payment is made or becomes due, the entire tour cost is non-refundable.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email and will become effective on the date they are received and acknowledged by Travel Egypt Now LLC.

Credit card and online payment-processing fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for missed or delayed flights, late arrival, early departure, visa denial, illness, personal circumstances, no-shows, or any included services the traveler chooses not to use.

Because solar-eclipse visibility depends on weather and atmospheric conditions, Travel Egypt Now LLC cannot guarantee an unobstructed view of the eclipse. No refund will be provided due to cloud cover, weather conditions, or reduced eclipse visibility.

If Travel Egypt Now LLC cancels the tour for reasons within its control, all tour payments made directly to Travel Egypt Now LLC will be refunded. This does not include independently purchased international airfare, visas, travel insurance, or other personal expenses.

We strongly recommend that every traveler purchase comprehensive travel insurance immediately after booking, including trip-cancellation and trip-interruption coverage.

Payment of the deposit confirms that the traveler has read, understood, and accepted this cancellation policy.
